Meet Dr. Samrudhi Nakhwa
Dr. Nakhwa is an experienced dentist specializing in aesthetic treatments, general dentistry and restorations she is well trained in invisalign, and other dental surgical procedures. She has been a part of different group practices in the Redmond, Seattle area over the past 10 years.
She believes in treating her patients as a whole person vs only treating the tooth which is hurting or missing. Being from a family of doctors, she always makes sure to treat the root cause of the problems for her patients and their teeth by consulting with their physicians when needed. She has a deep understanding of the facial anatomy, and overall health of the person. From being able to breathe well to having tongue ties causing crowding teeth, to letting her patients know about signs of diabetes or oral cancer.
She is a firm believer that good oral health can be maintained by making the right choices in food and habits. Along with monitoring, she guides her patients with those recommendations on followup visits as well.
In her free time she likes going trekking and camping with family and friends. She is also fond of sketching, photography and dance.

Will There Be Any Additional Costs at My First Visit?
No! There will be no additional cost associated with your first exam, cleaning, and x-rays! If we notice any dental health issues during your appointment, Dr. Samrudhi Nakhwawill address them and develop a treatment plan that works for your needs and your budget.
What Happens After My First Visit?
If Dr. Samrudhi Nakhwa doesn’t find any dental health issues during your appointment, we will simply schedule your next preventive visit in six months! If we notice any cavities or other issues throughout your exam or in your x-rays, we will address them with respect and compassion, and offer you honest advice about your treatment options. We’ll give you time and space to make the best choice for your dental health, and we will schedule any follow-up appointments for treatment at a pace that works for you!
Can I Use Dental Insurance?
Yes! We accept Delta Dental and most major PPO plans. Our office is in-network with:Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, ,Premera Blue Cross, MetLife, United Healthcare Dental, Principal, Guardian. If you don’t see your provider listed, give us a call — we’re happy to check your benefits and help you understand your coverage.
